Morning Routine - Drink Water!
Many successful people have exact morning habits and they say that is the main reason why they are so energetic, mindful, motivated and happy throughout the whole day.
I also implemented most of those healthy habits in my life and must tell you that it is all true! Those habits are making me so much better, healthier and productive. Every of them will be described in my future posts because they are so powerful and life changing.
First thing in the morning after the waking up is to drink a glass of water!Our body throughout the night becomes extremely dehydrated and cells are screaming for water after 6-8 hours without a water intake. Even if you don't have a feeling of thirst, your body are craving for fluids and need a fast refill.
Besides that, water intake will kick start your metabolism and you'll feel wide awake and ready for other great morning routine habits.
If you have a challenge with implementing this little habit in your life, there is one easy trick... Just put a glass of water beside your bed and drink it as soon as alarm clock kick off. Everything after that will be easier. And remember that for installing a new habit you must be very persistent on a daily basis. Some say for 21 day, same say for 66 days and I say from my experience that you just make it your lifestyle and do it without giving it much thought.

I drink two glasses before my coffee. 20 swallows. And before I drink any other liquid, I have a glass of water (and before or after each meal). Gotta get lots of it. :)
