Is it possible or indeed is there any benefit in converting my WA review post to a page on my top menu?
About possible benefits. In one of his tutorials Jay was speaking about evergreen material. This applies to pages, they do not have date.
But I see you are interested in top menu. You can put a post into top menu, for this you do not have to change its nature.

I have installed the pretty links plug- in as per Kyles video but am not sure how to change my website banners from the raw link to the pretty link.I have changed all the other
If you look at the banner code you should be able to find your affiliate link in there and replace it with the pretty link.

I want to share a post on FB but can I be selective in who I want to share it with?
Yes there is a spot on the post that let's you choose groups or people. Click the arrow on the top right of your post then click "More Options"
I believe you can thru privacy settings, but then I don't really trust that so I guess it depends on how important it is to you.

On my site dashboard >appearance>themes , there are only 5 themes showing. Is there somewhere I can go to get more?
Patrick, when I do that,nothing shows and it asks me to upload from my files. If I don't have themes on my computer files, its not much use.
Patrick,I think there was a glitch in the system. I am getting plenty of themes now.
