All of the ones you have shown here are from spam sites. hoover your cursor over their website name to see where they take you.
Alright, if the majority of them are spam comments, then why is Akismet not blocking them? And why are they only going to one article?
You might not have akismet set up right. Click on the top button named check for spam and see what happens.

I too get at least a few spam comments every day or so. Just like the ones you describe. I too am interested in any ideas as to how to stop it, but at the end of the day I'm not to worried about it. I have 100% control of the post on my site so I really don't care that much.

My first ever comment on iloveknowledge.org was a spammy type of comment. Frankly, it sounded like it was auto-generated.
Not sure how to prevent that from happening. Maybe they should do a training on this?...

Ok, quick question about the proper use of keywords and tags. I've found that my posts are all ranking between page 3 and page 7 of google, but obviously i want to optimize that
Keywords in this plugin don't really matter. Google doesn't use Meta Keywords anymore to rank your website. Some other search engines do. Back when it did matter, the first picture would have been the correct way to do it.
You should use tags though. Here is some more information on that: What Are Tags And How To Use Them Just make sure you use your keywords and keyphrases in the post itself, both in the headers and in the body of the text.
So essentially, tags are only used for navigating your website, and helping to bring relevant content from your site to your visitor?
Yes. And it also creates another page on your website: website.com/tag/tagname. Somehow these tag pages actually rank pretty well in google, and they'll also improve your internal linking structure.
For your site for example, for a post about a preworkout supplement, I'd use categories and tags like this:
Category: Pre-workout
Tags: Caffeine, (other ingredients)
When you do that, users can navigate your site by supplement category, and by ingredients.
Usually, you'll only want to use one category per post, and have categories as your menu items. You can then use multiple tags per post as additional navigation.
The first picture is correct. The second picture isn't wrong.. but it's not right either.
You want to have a few keywords, as many as you see fit per say.
Keywords directly feed the flow of organic traffic you will receive. If you are only using 1 keyword.. then anyone searching for the keyword "might" find your article based off your ranking. If you are using multiply keywords, then anytime someone searches the keyword you have chances to gain that traffic based on ranking. So more keywords you have, the more chances you have to gain organic traffic.
You should use a mixture of long-tailed keywords, short-tailed keywords, and low hanging fruit keywords.
Pj mentions about "keyword stuffing" but this isn't the case. That has nothing to do with how many keywords you have attached to an article.
Keyword stuffing is when you are using keywords that aren't relevant to your topic at all, and you are trying to drive additional traffic to your site. This is a Black Hat SEO trick and Google will slap you hard if you are caught. An example would be you writing an article about Pre-Workouts.. then adding keywords about hot topics such as Billy Joel just had a new baby. -- Has nothing to do with your content, but the search results will yield high end results due to it being a popular topic right now. Of course that's an extreme example. Another would be simple as you writing about Pre-Workouts, then venturing off into keywords such as women's weight lifting. It might sound on topic.. but if you aren't focused on that in your article.. then it's considered stuffing.. Google will frown upon you... and beat you..

If you want your current pages to rank higher, consider some off-page SEO tactics. If the content is better than the pages ranked above yours, inbound links (off-page seo) will vault you past theirs for sure.

Can you add links to your WA profile page bio area?If so, then how? I'm having trouble with this.
there is an area for you to add website links down to the bottom right, click on it and you can add your websites there.
If you want to add them to your bio I am not sure you can.
What kind of links do you want to add?
Remember spam is a no no.
