How can I get 200K free reach on Facebook for the 2nd month? -Part A
It is so excited that I started my Facebook presence early June 2020, related to my niche, astronomy and I checked the insights today, in July 2020, only 1 month, all of our Facebook posts:
==> Reached 200K people, all free traffic;
==> Engagement rate: 5% -10%, every week, around 7-8K engagement;
==> One Facebook page has followers 1.8K;
==> One Facebook group established 2 weeks ago, linked with the Page, 300 members;
It is a fantastic start and journey that Facebook can provide you with the free and unlimited traffic, so quickly. How can I get it then. I would like to share my tips below but before I start, we have to understand Facebook (FB), Instagram (IG), Whatsapp and Messenger all belong to Facebook Group. We treat them as a whole body, not separately.
Facebook Page and Facebook Group
Setting Facebook page is essential. It is like the business hub of your business. All your business activity and data are recorded. Individual account cannot provide you with the function of data insight and paid advertisement. Furthermore, Facebook Page can link with all of your social accounts, such as IG, P interest, Twitter, etc. Even Chinese media wechat. Facebook is the presence of your business, connected with your website. Nobody can post on your Page except you. So using Facebook Page to build your brand, attracting potential audience.
Setting your own FB Group(s) under your FB Page is also important. These groups can be linked each other and show up on the top of the group page. That means, members of one of your group can see all of your groups and may join. Moreover, highly important, thanks to the very Strong AI technology, FB will recommend/invite the members to your group, guess what? These recommended members are those that are engaged in your posts of your FB Page, i.e. likes, love, thumb up, comments, etc. So send them invitation, 90% they will join your group. These are highly engaged audience, meaning all of them can see your posts in the group. You need to encourage them posting or sharing what they like related to your niche, interacting and bonding with them.
FB Page is like your website window, FB post is like your small advertisement and your own FB Group is the best place where you promote.
My next strategy is to create more 1-2 groups, like group boards on Pinterest, to attract more audience and potential collaborators, collecting diffirent resources. Who knows maybe in the future you can work with them and get paid.
Start your FB post from IG
Remember my previous post in WA, mentioning FB Creator Studio? This is a very good free tool managing your Page, accounts, of IG and FB, for all admin, moderator, author, etc. If you connect all of them with your FB Page.
Create a post on your IG (high quality picture) account through Creator Studio, tick mark your FB page, you can schedule the time you want to publish on IG and on FB Page, respectively. For us, every early morning 8-9 am, we search, create and schedule 6 posts on IG, (I will let you know why 6 posts, this is 5+1 strategy in my next blog Part B). So within 1 hour, we finish all social media posts and we do not need to worry about on time publishing spreading all the day. For the rest of the day, we can focus on our website blog.
If you have twitter and Tumblr, 1 second for each post on IG, that is automatically published. (In my next blog Part B, I will tell you how to connect post on IG with P interest).
Why we need FB post? Because it is shorter and more mobile-friendly, obviously increase your presence in a short time. It is the best weapon for branding.
More important, Creator Studio provide you with 4 kinds of monetize program. You can earn income in FB. We have passed the minimum requirement of Branded Content Collaboration. Now we make great effort working on minimum requirement of In-streamed Ads. (this is for video content)
