I have been doing yoga every day for almost a month, and then a few times a week for months and casually for years, hahaha!
That was kind of a mouthful, so I am going to move on.
I know yoga may seem like just a trend these days to some of you, but I can attest that it has benefits that everyone can experience, even if they just tried it for a week.
