What about a motivational bookkeeping blog? The first year I itemized my taxes; it was tough to gather the totals. Any questions on deduction. I would draw comical picures on the the side. Each section was color coded to help me remember the different categories. My accountant loved it and used it to help other new business owners.

Hmm... The best advice I can give you is to try and play around with the keyword tool on WA and see if anything interesting catches your eyes!
There is a ton of material you can write about in the 'Accounting' and inspirational and motivational books niches...
Maybe if you could try and be a little more specific in what your passion/s are.. There is a million motivational and inspirational books for all kinds of professions you can think of, so try and think about what kind of people you want to help etc.

Accounting could be a great niche! I don't know much about it but "File Your Own Taxes" kind of software has millions of users so there is certainly a demand for the information on that subject.
