Every now and then I lose my focus, but the important thing is that my eyes is always on the prize. I believe that for me it's necessary to take a step back and re-group, especially when the pressure gets too rough. We live in a world where instant gratification is the desired outcome for all efforts expended. I am very guilty of this, as I often think I should instantly see the results of what I deem hard work right away. What is even more important to us, is that people recognize the hard work which we have put in; and if we do not get this compliment we feel we deserve from others, in some instances, our efforts are seen as wasted.
