I purchased both but can't decide which sounds better. Please help!
As the name implies, the site will be a resource for people like
It is definitely alphaniche, like alleo says it rolls off the tongue and like alpha dog, or alpha and omega. It will be much easier to remember when people talk about it.

I am more partial to alphaniche. It just has a better sound. BUT... I don't think it really matters. The content is much more important than your domain name.
Thanks @Mauraw - I totally understand that content is what matters. There are so many successful sites out there with names that don't mean much - think GoDaddy, Etsy, theChive.

alphaniche was my first idea, then I saw that nichealpha was available and figured, why not?
Like you mentioned @theFatGuy - Alpha (Top) Dog/ Alpha Male was the original premise of the name.
But then I thought of it's definition in finance - the profit above the expected return. And that is often used towards the end of a phrase (seekingalpha.com or deliveringalpha)
But so far it's a unanimous decision. Thanks fellas,

I can explain why I, personally, didn't see it or respond to it until now:
Because I'm usually busy trying to earn a living outside of WA, as a rule, I only respond to unanswered questions. That's what brought me to this post.
So that explains why I didn't see or respond to your post. I can't speak for anyone else, however. We all have our own habits.
