a DIFFERENT kind of disclaimer

I've begun reading a bit about Tim Ferriss... if you don't know him, I suggest checking him out. He's a super inspirational guy and all around bad ass.

He's famous for his books, The 4 Hour Work Week; The 4 Hour Body; and The 4 Hour Chef.... I haven't read them cover to cover, but in summary - he promotes EFFICIENCY, albeit some extreme measures. Example: taking a daily 10minute walk wearing nothing but your underwear in below freezing weather to kickstart your metabolism.... yeah, wild... there's a whole lot of science that goes with it, but who cares about that?

Anyway, I digress... I HATE Policies and Disclosures, but I understand that we're required to have one. I often click on those links just to see if someone says in plain english, "we're going to steal your info and sell it" - but no one ever does.

I saw something interesting on Ferriss' Disclosure page, so I incorporated it into my own - with permision, of course.
