So What Happens Next?
So I've successfully completed all the training, my website is up and running and I'm churning out content. What happens now? I feel like I am supposed to be trying to get emails from people who visit my site by offering them something of value. I don't have the pop-up call to action that I see on other websites and I feel like maybe I should have them.
Is there any WA training on how to find valuable give-aways in exchange for emails? Also, once I have the emails what do I do with them? I know these are a lot of questions, but I don't know where to go from where I am right now.
When will I see a ROI for my work? #QNTA
I appreciate any advice the community can offer.

Hello Dawn! You want to tackle one thing at a time or it can be overwhelming. Website conversion optimization and email marketing are the two things it looks like you're wanting to learn. There is training here on both. Go to the live events tab on the left and type in "website conversion optimization" and "email marketing" and you'll get tips on that from Jay (the Live Training Coach here).
I would recommend you focus on building your traffic for now though. I added that stuff early on and it didn't get much use until I reached 200 pageviews/day+. Unless you plan to do paid advertising or something to quickly increase your traffic, I wouldn't focus on conversion optimization or email marketing right now.
Email marketing takes time and so does conversion optimization, and it'll be tasks that take time away from creating content and driving traffic. That's my opinion.

Yes. The training isn't over for you. You continue to repeat the process it taught you: creating helpful and quality content. You can make content challenges for yourself. For example, I did a 90-day challenge where I wrote one post per day when I was starting my site out. Now, I'm doing the same thing with Youtube.
You should consider a content challenge, continue repeating the training because you usually don't get it all the first time, study your target audience, and identify the problems you can solve for them. I've watched it several times to make sure I didn't miss anything, and keep challenging and pushing yourself.

Your next step would be to continue to add content to keep your website fresh, interesting and up-to-date.
