1st keyword post
So i am going through the trainning when i am not working. and i am to writing my 1st keyword blog post for my niche which is affordale trauma kits. I have already writte 500 words using the original keyord i chosen which was emergency survival supply kits. it has a pretty god rating i think. it is a follows. 110 average 19 traffic and qsr of 6. I am thinking of switching to emergency medical products it has 2799 average 476 traffic and qsr of 97. which one should i choose for my 1st post?

I checked out your site and I think it looks great so far. It's easy to read and understand. One thing I would change is on the post, it says uncategorized. You can change this in Wordpress and name categories which will look better laid out on your site especially once you start adding a lot more posts.

actually the second one. I recently watched a training video where Kyle talks about going after the "low hanging fruit" meaning keywords with low low competition to increase your SEO ranking.
