Your team is so important to your success and making things work. Wealthy Affiliate and the community here is a great team to launch an affiliate marketing page, and I am so glad to be part of this community.

My epiphany today really hit me when I was working on hiring a new cleaner for my airbnb property. For months and months and months I have struggled with this property. It makes money, sure, and it does fine, but it isn't what I wanted it to be. And the source of those struggles was because my partner in the airbnb business, namely my cleaning team, were not doing what needed to be done to make my business successful. I let this lack of detail and mediocre work continue on for too long.

One of the biggest lessons I've learned recently is to have the best people be your partners in business. Today I interviewed a new cleaner and it was like night and day. I finally feel like I have someone who can really be my PARTNER in my airbnb business. Someone I can trust. Someone I can communicate with, and someone who takes pride in their part of the business.

I realized then that my struggles in running my airbnb business weren't because I dislike the business. I actually take a lot of pride in providing a good place to stay for my guests. But I was struggling because I didn't feel like I could trust my partner, in this case my cleaner, to provide the service I was hiring them to do.

With someone who cares and takes just as much pride in providing good services as I do on my team, I feel my business has the opportunity to really thrive. And I'm excited again to give it another shot.
