Position #0 in Google!

I have been at Welthy Affiliate for 9 months now, but I only started taking things seriously in January this year.

However, I have been struggling to rank on page #1 on Google. Some of my posts are on page 2, 3, 4 and so on, but never page 1.

It finally clicked!

Yesterday things finally clicked in my head. I had already understood the concept of low hanging fruit and niche, but I couldn't quite make things work.

However, yesterday something happened to me and I am now 100% confident about what I need to do going forward!

I can't believe my post from last night is on position #0 on Google (Snippet on top of search results)! But I will aim for that for all of my next posts and I know how to do it now :)

UPDATE:

Many of you have been asking, so here are my tips:

1) As a newbie, don't aim for the very big products. For example, say you have this idea you want to write a review about Swagsbucks which is a very popular surveys site. Instead of doing that, see who their competitors are, do a keyword research on all of them and write a review of the less known competitors with lower QSR instead.

2) Don't just rely on QSR alone. Make sure you compare your keywords to the Google search results. When you search for a term in Google, it will tell you the number of results. Try to go for something within the "thousands" rather than the "million" :)
