Oooh, the Prestige!
Well, not really, but something cool happened.
I have mentioned in the past how I am now doing paid writing for a couple of different sites. The guy who hired me deals with an SEO company that provides him with keywords that they think I should use in the assignments I am given.
I wrote the other day that this company seems to have a different view of what works well in SEO than we are taught here. I made a few comments about this, but was ultimately told to just do what they wanted, which is fair enough since they are the ones paying me.
Well, to jump ahead to the cool part, the guy that hired me emailed me last night and told me that the SEO company had read and really liked an article on how voice search will be impacting SEO practices in the near future, and now they wanted me to write another article for them. ghost writing as the company's CEO...
I'm finding that pretty awesome! (although admittedly, I would rather have my OWN name out there...)
2018 has been pretty good so far. If I keep having new assignments added, this will add up to a fairly decent bit of side income while I focus on building up my own site.

Can I ask...How is it going with Bo's group training? I know you were one of the first chosen in his group. I have joined his latest and we just started but wondering how all of you are doing. I haven't seen anything posted from that group lately but I haven't necessarily gotten all emails for posts either.
It's going well!
Every time we meed and discuss things, I get a nice boost of both positivity and excitement.
I know that most of us have continued posting about our lessons, though perhaps not calling attention to it in quite the same way as before.
Mostly what we have been doing so far is reviewing older posts, tweaking things, fixing them up and preparing for what comes next, though we have also focused a bit on increasing our exposure through things like social media. Most of us have seen a boost in traffic, and many have started to have referrals to WA-- even without actively promoting it.
All in all, it's looking good! Now that we have cleaned things up a bit, the fun stuff is starting.
That sounds great. If the CEO is happy to put his name on what you have written, then that shows a lot of respect and trust...
That's what I was thinking. I am very happy about that.
Of course, if he rewrites large portions of it, well.... Haha

I wrote for these guys before, but being asked to ghost write for the CEO feels much more impressive (even if it's not).
It certainly is impressive. They wouldn’t allow just anyone to be the CEO’s voice. It’s an amazing accomplishment!!

I don't like to blow my own horn, but my WA roller coaster has been at a low point the past few days, and this helped boost me back up, so I'm letting myself be happy. Lol
I totally understand that. We have to celebrate the victories we have since there are plenty of downsides we could fret about too.
Well, my rank has been dropping (I'd hit a high of 6!) but that's ok. I don't want to post just for the sake of posting, so that's why I will have a week of nothing followed by multiple posts in a day or two...
Anyhow, I am pretty happy about this. Feels like validation. Ha ha!
