Bill (Webkab) and Jennifer (Potpiegirl) - I owe you
So, I've been keeping up with the action plan... Well that's a lie... I've been ahead of the action plan and waiting for the next step for the last 4-5 days. :s
but going through the training center articles I've been able to get a pretty good gist of things.
I have figured out several things about WORDPRESS EXPRESS and having created a decent website with some great hoplinks for the product I'm promoting, 5 quality pages and daily posts I'm going in the right direction... I haven't fooled myself into believing I can sell stuff with it yet, as it has not been SEO'd (can you say that? SEO'd? ) and there aren't any articles out there to get it traffic. But I've shown it to a lot of friends and stuff who've been thoroughly impressed. Anyway, the next steps for that website are to start increasing traffic coming in with all that I learn from WA... CAN'T WAIT...
In the meantime, I've been doing something else. Thanks to Bill (Webkab) who directed me to Jennifer's (Potpiegirl's) The DAM way, I started an article marketing campaign for a different product... It was great, cos I got a good hang of learning research techniques, how to use the keyword research tool etc... Anyway, not 10 minutes ago, I submitted my first article on Ezine and hopefully it'll be up soon. the keyword (according to Ezine sucks) but according to our WA keyword research tool gets about 15000 clicks and has less than a 1000 competing websites. only 29 with the keyword in title... So I guess its pretty good... The article strength for the keyword is also a 9.5 so I think all these are good indicators...
i can't wait to see my article up soon bringing traffic to my top level redirected $2 domain... :)
