Oh Technology - how we love thee. NOT
I have had a very frustrating few days.
I live in a rural area and the only Internet access available to me is Satellite.
Last week, on Thursday night, my internet connection was acting strange - I had internet and windows 10 told me I was online and secure, but a couple of web sites I tried to go to, would give me an error - 'Cannot find IP Server' or words to that effect.
As it was late at night, I decided it was probably an intermittent error and things would be fine in the morning. But, alas, it was not to be.
To make a long story short, I contacted the Satellite company, and they could not solve the problem, so they escalated it to their outsourced technical company - but that company only works Mon-Fri, and my ticket was in the queue. Finally, someone got back to me, and after various diagnoses, decided I needed a site visit as it appeared to be the Modem.
Yesterday, a technician came out and sure enough he redirected the dish, gave me a new modem, and I was back on line!
Yay
But, now I am in catch up mode with hundreds of WA blogs not read, comments not followed up on and new of my followers not reciprocated!
But I have internet, and I will catch up!

I feel your pain, I am having some problems with Google search console too and I am trying to get it sorted it out, and because of the problem, I am behind on my task as well. But as they say, this too shall pass. wishing you all the best.
