Adding space between images and text in WP
It looks like one of the latest WP updates eliminated the easy way to add a bit of white space between your images and text. It used to be a built in feature that you could adjust when you clicked on editing your image.
Since I can't seem to get that feature to work anymore here is a not-too-annoying workaround I found after some searching on the web.
After you've added your image to your WP page, go to the "TEXT" tab and find the code of the image. Insert what's between the asterisks ***style="padding-right: 10px;"***before the "alt=..." portion of your image code. If your image is on the left side of your text then 10px of white space will be added between the right side of the image and your text. If you have your image on the right then you would add style="padding-left: 10px;"
I didn't have any success uploading my screen shot of how this looks but I'd be happy to try to answer questions if I can. Hope that helps someone!

Some themes take care of this by providing this option in Appearances >Theme Options > Customization settings.
There's a plugin for it now that seems to do the trick:
http://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-image-styles/
But it's better to use the code if one can rather than add another plugin. Let's hope WP adds the option back with the next update or that more theme designer's include it in the theme options.

Ah good to know Jude, thanks for the additional info! I should have figured there was a plugin to take care of this but when I was in the midst of searching for an easy answer so I could perfect my page RIGHT THIS MINUTE this is the first thing I ran across, ha. Thanks for your comment! :)

I can't get this to work either by putting in the code or with the plug in. So frustrated with WP. What should have been a 2 minute task has taken me the better part of my day and I'm no further ahead. Please help!
