Smart Workers Hard Achievers
Working smart is easier than working hard. Hard workers are used by smart worker for gain which one are you, a smart worker? or a hard worker? It is your time to shine wake up the earlier you are the greater the achievement. We all depend on success to live happy lives and that is why we try different ways and systems to be successful. You have what it takes now just spread your wings and fly, fly away from your troubles, fly away from all those threats and debts fly away from those irritating morning and live free. We will make our dreams come true, we shall attract wealth and good living to our lives. But we must promote peace, harmony and respect so that we attract all that is good and wonderful. Let us work smart and go beyond our limits because the sky is no limit and there is no box at all. Let find solutions instead of focusing on the main area of error, in that way life will be good and we will receive as per amount of work in profits. Stop saying I can't or I can't afford it and start asking yourself how to questions rather the usual I cant answer.

All of us can put in effort to work hard. To work SMART means doing work that has high correlation to results. Before you can do that, you need to KNOW what those are, sometimes it is hard to know for sure.
As an example, Little Mama shared 400 blogs to make it to Vegas. If we do exactly 400, does it guarantee we get to Vegas. Do we know FOR SURE, 100% success rate every time ? Since she made it, I will assume it works.
Now based on above example, working SMART would be the best guys would make Vegas with 300 blog posts. Now, which 300? If we know FOR SURE, then we can work SMART.
I believe you need both. The evidence of high probability that ensures results are necessary to work SMART.
100% replicable success are hard to come by because circumstances and environment are different. Doing the same thing when the first is around will also have a negative impact. Example, we build another company like Apple will not make you as successful because Apple is already in the market and you are second, not the first.
We can use a SMART process but need to calibrate results accordingly.
Otherwise, the SMART thing would just be to replicate buying the winning lottery ticket.

Ha! Ha! Thanks Marketa. I am not a teacher but I completed a diploma in adult education in 2016. Yes, I had to learn curriculum design and development, Kirkpatrick and all that good stuff.
