Hey everyone,
So I am taking a little longer than I would like on my website before receiving review, however, I want to make sure my website is in a really good site before I get things started. I was wondering if anyone knows how to develops a forums page where people can post things he/she may be going through.
I also noticed as well using the hiero theme on Wordpress I have had trouble making a specific type of background. I can change the colors on the menu background/fonts but cannot change the actual backdrop of the site. Has anyone experienced this issue and would be willing to assist me with this? Thanks again for all the support so far!

It's a theme thing, not all themes support changing the background image.
