After suffering my first stroke in 2013, out of sheer fear, I started to revert to my teaching days in the sixties in the UK; and tried to recreate exercises I prepared for my primary school students.
Some of the exercises were published on one of my website to help other stroke victims;
After referring a close American friend to my exercises, he sent me a similar exercise by a popular online games company, that shocked the hell out of me.

My friends always tease me that I had no boy days, the only game I ever played was X and O's. I saw itby another name recently, but dont recal.
I never read comic books or played online games, there were no available computers in the sixties, so I could never have seen the games.
One thing I did do as a school kid was asked Teachers a lot of questions, sometimes got punished for some; I was suspicious of the books we were reading; I did not think they represented our interests.
one of the first questions I ever asked was- How could Columbus discover the West Indies, when they were people already living there? Lawd let me stop.
A customer was in the gallery yesterday, and shared the sad news of her husband suffering a stroke, the most difficult after affect,was him suffering from loss of memory; which took me right back to 2013.
