Committed To A Plant Base Diet & Daily Exercise.

I have seen enough through research, experience and Quotes by wise persons to convince me that a Plant Base Diet will make you Healthy, Wealthy and Wise.

Regardless of your diet; at least 30 minutes of daily exercise is No 1 on the list for good health.

I am so convinced that I have made a commitment to persuade as many people to do the wise thing and adopt a plant base diet.

If you cannot go the whole hog, fish will not hurt, especially salmon and tuna and you can add beef liver.

My plan is to share a weekly quote by wise persons, and the choice is yours to make.

Albert Einstein was a vegetarian?1?!

Thanks for sharing this post, I have considered going vegetarian on many occasions, I have even attempted it once but it seems as if a vegetarian diet does not fill me up and I feel as if I am starving all day.

You have to be creative with your menu, fish helps me manage and I love it; I now find meat and chicken boring; but I could be tempted with lamb which was my favorite meat.So far so good ,I have not yielded to temptation, but it is less than a year.

I have not read one thing about vegetables that harms a diet Courtney. Just wash off the pesticides!

The amazing thing that I am finding out is many of the plants and herbs share the same nutrients;this is so crucial so we all have access regardless of our geographical location.The design of this earth surpasses magical.

I totally agree with you, and that is the best cinnamon.

There is vegetarian, and there is vegan. Vegan is almost inedible while I've tasted vegetarian food that tasted better than the meat I was eating at the time.

I'm from a family where the females are vegetarians, and one is vegan so I can say these foods are healthier even though some may not be to my taste.

You sleep better at night on a vegetarian meal, and some vegetarians insist no meals after 4:00 pm. and I agree with too but have not been able to adopt as yet.

Eating after 4:00 pm and especially copious portions will put on the weight.

The difference mat not be so distinct and if you are creative you can make almost anything tasty. Thanks for your contribution.

Another concern is the number of condiments, and spices you may need to bring flavor to the dish could minimize the whole aspect of a healthy vegetarian diet.

Every thing in moderation, but taste is acquired.I love steamed okra with just onions, garlic, olive oil and a pinch of my own seasoning.

I've heard this quote by Albert Einstein before. I have great respect for him. But sorry, with this quote I don't agree. A meal should be something enjoyable. And without a nice peace of meat no meal can be enjoyable and satisfactory.
BTW: There are many other things happening on earth, which are for more decreasing the chance of survival of life, than raising cattle.
