My good friend-Anxiety
Surely most of you have felt scared, worried, burdened by some of your problems several times in your life. But after some time, that problem disappeared. In most cases, when we have a real problem, it is normal to worry. However, if we do not even have any more important problems or worries in our life or we are not in a situation that is problematic for our normal development of life and the fear is still present, we can freely say that this is about anxiety.
Anxiety can be very unpleasant because it distracts us from functioning normally in our daily activities. That feeling of false fear can paralyze us. If we look at anxiety as a mental illness, we can have several factors that cause anxiety. Experienced trauma, some stressful event, hereditary factors of the person. People which are nervously sensitive,drugs,alcohol.One of factor that can cause anxiety is caffeine in any form. Another trait that accompanies anxiety can be panic attacks and periods of depression. Panic attacks have their own well-known pattern called fight or flight. When a panic attack occurs, the brain sends a signal to the body that it is in imaginary danger and begins to fight. Most people who experience a panic attack simply want to escape from that situation because they don't know how they need to act. Then the muscles spasm as well as the whole body, breathing is accelerated, the secretion of cortisol, the stress hormone, increases. Heart rates increase rapidly because most of those who experience panic attacks feel like they are going to die. I forgot to mention that a large amount of previously accumulated stress can be one of the main causes of anxiety and of panic atack. When a situation like this occurs regarding a panic attack, a person goes to the doctor in fear to try to understand what happened to him. Of course, after all the examinations, the doctor comes to the conclusion that everything is fine with the person. The only thing left for the person is to visit a doctor for the soul, a psychiatrist. On the one hand, anxiety is a very broad term, a psychiatrist can prescribe you medicines that will reduce the symptoms of anxiety and panic attacks, but the real medicine is actually within ourselves. By taking anti-depressants and other drugs, you will forget about anxiety for a moment, that is, you will reduce its effect on your body, but it will remind you that it is still there with every subsequent panic attack. Of course, some may only need medication to be able to continue living normally, it all depends on how long anxiety has been present in their lives. Speaking from my personal experience, if you really want to get rid of anxiety, it is a combination of prescribed therapy and work with a psychotherapist, because as I said, the basis of anxiety is found in ourselves, in our relationship with our parents, how we were brought up, what we have experienced in our lives and how we experienced it, in our low self-esteem, in our wrong choice of a love partner. And of course faith in God can help you feel all the beauty of living on this planet and rejoice every day when you wake up in the morning. Accept yourself the way you are, God didn't make you that way for nothing and understand that anxiety is just an invitation to move to a higher level of your life. And how will you succeed, of course, only if you work on yourself and when you accept anxiety as a friend with whom you are going on a journey of your emotional maturation
