I'm No Longer At Peace With Myself
Where are you headed right now as the day draws to a close? Home? Is it comfortable there? Maybe too much so. It's time to draw a line in the sand of worthless sit-arounds that have no value whatsoever. I'm no longer at peace with myself and neither should you be.
Home is where the heart is they say and it's true from the family's point of view but we come home after working, sit around as if time took a timeout from his busy line of scheduling just to take the rest of the day off and rest assured, we feel as though the world owes us for working in it and act as though life made us the High Chief and we do nothing more as night falls and the shadows take over from the light that was.
There's a big world out there and a lot of people hurting for a break at something worthwhile, Time can be so cruel when you've lived in it long enough and know there's a great refuge hidden from within that won't secure a safe zone for you when needed.
We overlook the real stories to grasp at the lame ones. Are we blind to the truth or too dumb to understand? It's one or the other people. It's time to wake up from our comfortable slumber, shake off the complacency that shrouds our being, stake claim in this world again and show the world your heart still beats for something other than a home. It beats for all the hurting souls out there who have no place to go. It beats for liberty and justice, peace and understanding
Truth reveals what the mind is too afraid to say or ask of most of the time so I say this as we close up this blog with nothing more than a straightforward shot to the readers' heart, "Home is where the heart is indeed, but showing grace to a stranger in need creates love and that my friend is what built you your home in the first place, L-O-V-E.

I'm glad you enjoyed the reflection of discourse we have in this world today. Most of us don't even realize family for what it is anymore. It's a foundation by which love is formed, creating something beautiful and worthwhile. I mean, We are home but are we? It's time we as a bigger family, all of us, take each other by the hands, help people less fortunate than us and in the meantime, we're giving back to our own family in return as we show love that made our house a home in the first place.
