Research Breakthrough for Me

Why I have never thought of this before, it's so stupid! No doubt it is covered somewhere in the lessons by Kyle and others using some simpler technique.

However I am very pleased to have focused on this which I shall share with you all for what it is worth.

If I am telling you things you already know forgive me.

The key is to do some research on keywords used by the 10 top listed websites for your niche and to check them out at https://adwords.google.com

This is the process I am now doing:-

1) Go to https://www.serplab.co.uk. It's free

2) Enter your domain name. (Ignore the box for Choose your region if you wish)

3) Enter some key words or even one at a time

4) Tick 'I'm not a robot ' box below and then click on the 'Check SERP Now' box

5) Once done scroll to the top of the new screen and look at the results on the right

6) Click on the 'Top Ten' in red. You will get a listing of the top ten websites in your niche.

7) Examine each website and look at their keywords by going through their blogs, headings and elsewhere on their site

8) Test the keywords your competitors use in https://adwords.google.com by going to Tools--> Keyword Planner and find the 'low hanging fruit'

The key as I see it is that one is relating the top ten websites in your niche to the 'low hanging fruit' they use.

There are no doubt other ways of achieving the same result, perhaps Jaaxy which I do not have, however for the moment this is what I shall be doing to try to improve my ranking.
