From my understanding, you only need to declare that you are an affiliate once somewhere on your website and that's it. Most people seem to put this disclaimer on the footer of their pages where it's not an eyesore. I am putting the text of my disclaimer in my privacy policy and adding a link entitled "affiliate disclaimer" so I can just link to the full text from my homepage. This way all of the legal text is in one place. I don't think setting up a separate, dedicated page is necessary. I'm curious what others have to say as well...
I have added a new page to my website and selected publish however when I view my website it does not show up. Have added pages previously with no problems.
Could be for a number of reasons.
1. You're using the "exclude pages from navigation plugin" and have it checked.
2. You published the page private in error or set it to schedule.
3. Maybe you created a menu and somehow when you were playing around with the settings you unchecked "Add new top level page to menu"
4. Or maybe you added the page as a child of another page
I don't know if any of these apply. I'm just thinking of reasons why a page won't show up. You can check and see. It's hard to know without seeing the site in question also. If you don't want to share, you can always pm me.
Hi Jay, have it sorted. I created a custom menu previously but didn't have "add new top level page' to automatic. Thankyou for your help. Much appreciated
Don't forget you can indent items underneath each other to create dropdowns and also create additional Custom Menus and add them elsewhere, ie. to sidebars or the footer area by dragging the Custom Menu widget into the appropriate area. :) Rich.

After the dramas of fixing a typo in my first street article, yesterday, it has been approved again. So if any one is interested here is the link
LOL - I know you want you're articles to be perfect - but if the content is very good one typo is not going to break your article. And your content is very good.
Only two little suggestions - I thought your opening paragraph would have been better split in two - and it would have been helpful if you had used the bold or underline for your headings.
I clicked to like your article in street articles. I enjoyed it.

Thanks for the feedback Beverley, will take your suggestions on board for future writing. Glad you liked it. Am just starting out and feeling my way on a writing style that is unique to me whilst still creating quality content. I had a bit of a block there for a while then decided just to get it out there.

Hey everyone,
have been busy with work lately and haven't had much free time to work on my website. So this weekend I had a morning off and decided I was going to write an
Something funny going on with street articles at the moment - because your link just goes to the home page.
So I tried to just type in the title in the search engine - you article showed in the list but when it clicked it took me back to the home page.
I have known this happen before for a bit - so sorry although I tried to read your article - I couldn't.
Thanks Dave, the thought of retirement is one of the times that can bring about a career change. Obviously there are many more.
I liked the article. I am always thinking what I want to do as I near retirement from my current career.

Thanks for the comments guys. I agree with the entrepeneurial thing.Mentors can be hard to find but That's what makes WA great.
Congratulation with your first SA article!, I agree with Lightstorm that finding a mentor can be a challenge.. but you know what joining WA I found a buddy and lots of friend:)
Great article! Finding a mentor can be a challenge, as you know. That's part of why I signed up here at WA - I don't know a soul (in person, at least) who is interested in discussing (let alone mentoring) internet marketing. Heck, I don't know people who are interested in anything entrepreneurial! That makes it hard. With regards to your article, however: you are right on target. A mentor is great.
Good job! Congrats!
