My First Domain: Absolute Disaster (Vent)
I am trying to purchase a domain from namecheap. While I was in the middle of purchasing the domain, when I hit enter, an error message popped up saying I was logged out. So I go through the entire purchase again, and an error message popped up again stating that I didn't have enough money. I checked my account, all the money I had left to buy the domain was gone. I have been waiting with namecheap's support for about 15 minutes now looking for an answer. I'm just absolutely frustrated and upset because all of the money I scrounged up to become premium AND have my domain is gone and I don't even have a domain to help me soar into success. The entire day I've been feeling like a failure and now the domain issue is like cherry on a crappy sundae. I just don't really know what to do at this point. Vent over.

First, I suggest you log in to your Namecheap account and check under Domains to see if your new domain name is in fact listed, and also check the balance in your Namecheap account.
