That would be a question for them. Sounds like an issue with their site. Perhaps wait a bit and then try again to fill out the form or try sending them an email. Good luck!
I noticed that thisishowimbroke.com has this plug in, plus it seems to have high reviews. Would this help in any way or would I be wasting my time by downloading?

on the top slot in the middle of the homepage, there is a place to insert in questions. Type jetpack and you will find all kinds of discussion. I do remember that veterans here at WA having negative things to say about it. Good luck
