Ready to add a domain email account. Can't get to site rubix-
You can only add e-mail accounts for domain names you have registered and have pointed to or hosted here. You can't make e-mail accounts for siterubix.com sites.
I created a training for all things email here at WA: Site Email - All About Using Email with Your Own Domains Here at WA
the email system here is only for domains.
access this by going to website - sitemanager.
at the top are tabs for manager domains feedback comment email and support.
to get an email address for a siterubix site - i would use a gmail account.
good luck

Ready to add a domain email account. Can't get to site rubix-
Hi Cindy, sorry... was a crazy day and I wasn't on WA earlier to help out with this one. I see you got some great help from the community though. I actually wasn't aware myself that domain name emails weren't available for siterubix sites (I've only built sites here with domains I've own).
When you do set up your own domain though you'll want your email to be something like info@yourdomain.com. Since siterubix domains work a little differently as subdomains (you don't don't incur the cost of registering them with a registrar) I'm guessing there are technical or logistical limitations to handling email that way.
Even with the domains I own though, I actually use "mydomain"@outlook,com for my email because Outlook for me is a lot easier for me to manage. I've used it for so many years and allows me to keep everything in one place.
I do use proper domain emails for clients I've built websites for who have local businesses but that's a little different situation.
For siterubix sites I'd just do what I do and use Outlook (or Gmail or whichever email provider you're most comfortable with). Later when you're on your own domain, have built up some traffic and begin networking with fellow bloggers and influencers, you can create a @domain.com email... Just something to think about :-)
Hope that helps but please let me know if you have more questions.
Jay
