So I am beginning my journey... again, I suppose. I joined Wealthy Affiliate yesterday, unsuspectingly, through searching for a side-by-side comparison review of transcription courses. I ignored the subtle invitation to learn about another way to earn money at first, but then clicked on it. Then I started reading the sales letter. I was only interested enough to read the next few words... at a time. I saw the big green button, but I knew better than to click on that -- never, ever click on a big green button on the internet, you may never be the same again. I decided to get back to what I was supposed to be researching, but the thought crept back into my mind: "Maybe this might be useful." So I had to go back and determine what the ramifications of clicking that big green button might be... after skipping over the part where they said that an outrageous amount of money could be made from this -- I've heard that before -- I started into the section about what was going to happen to me if I proceeded. Free, huh? That's different, and a community to work with, that is compelling. It was starting to seem evident that if I proceeded I wouldn't be asked to pay thousands of dollars and sign over my first born child. Hmm -- you can never be too careful! :)
I am pretty excited to be here! I think that my suspicions are being eased. I have already made a search in the search bar and found out "how long this will take” (to make money) from some very helpful articles -- something that I have to know or at least have a general idea about before I start.

Which has been clearly stated in the training -- that I quickly went over -- that we should not worry about trying to choosing a hot topic niche, and instead just focus on picking one that we are passionate about. Of course, I have to always complicate things. Well, thanks for reading. Right now, my long-term goal -- or at lest should be -- is to last three days.

I was in the same boat as you when I found this awesome place. It was the free starter membership that got me at first. Then, once I started that the community was another huge bonus.
The training is great and really easy to follow and if you're stuck on something you can ask for help in so many ways. You're always going to get help.

Thanks for commenting on my post! I have switched directions on how I am going to be successful with providing for my family so many times before I came here, that I am having a hard time really believing that I am going to see something through. But the community is amazing and the training is looking to be pretty amazing too. And I am starting to believe that I can get the real help that I need to succeed at WA. I am seeing that WA really is built to help people succeed.
Yes for sure! WA is awesome, I've never seen anything like it. I've been through a lot of places that SAY they'll help and get you into the big money but you never actually SEE results. This place is different in that sense, you have all the help you need, not only from one person but from an entire community.
And from people sharing their success stories, you also get to see proof of success from WA.
I personally love this place and I'm so glad I found it.
It does take hard work and dedication but it's so worth it ☺️

That proof is invaluable. It helps so much to see that this is working for other people when putting the months and months of work in needed to start seeing the results.
Exactly. I also really like how everyone tells you IT'S NOT A GET RICH QUICK SCHEME from the beginning. That way you know it's not easy or quick which in turn means it's not fake. Anything quick and easy is usually fake on the internet. I've tried a lot of them. Luckily, I didn't dish out a penny, that is until I found Wealthy Affiliate. I had to upgrade to premium because I'm addicted to everything here and you get so much for your money. Other places wouldn't give you a quarter of what we have here and they'd leave you to figure it out on your own.
After my free 7 days I decided to go premium and I'm super happy that I did ☺️
I, on the other hand, have paid 1000's of dollars. I am glad that you saved your money for this, this is where everyone should start. A work at your own pace, when you have the time, and able to take care of those curve balls that life tends to throw, type of program. The programs that I previously paid for, have valuable information and some support, but not the in-depth and immersive support that is here. A single Facebook page doesn't cut it. Email doesn't either. Here it feels like I am working side-by-side with other people. Thanks for all the conversation. It is good to hear from you.
