WA offers managed hosting, so we do not have access directly to the records of our domains, however, you can simply message support with any changes or settings you need to make and they do it lickity-split
on the left side, you will see "help center" go to site support and create a ticket. anyone back there can help you. I assume if yuo want to change your CNAME you know what yuo are doing, so just give them the changes you want them to make
