You can change your theme at any time, so it doesn't really matter what theme you set up initially. But here are some things to keep in mind:
Page load speed is important, so initially choose a simple theme with the minimum of bells and whistles.
Check how the theme you choose looks on mobile. You can do this on your mobile or simply click and hold the right edge of your browser window on a laptop and drag it towards the left to reduce the screen width.
Simple is good - too much clutter on a page will take peoples' attention away from your content.
Make sure that your content is visible above the fold on a laptop without the visitor needing to scroll down to start reading.
Once you get set up with a fast-loading, simple layout you can take the time to work out what you like from seeing other peoples' websites. When you have a clear idea of how you want to improve your site's appearance you can start looking for a new theme.
My point is: start with something simple and build from there.
Cheers,
Martin.

Is there a way I can connect my autoresponder to WA?
If you mean to your website that's hosted here, then yes. Just follow the instruction from your autoresponder, to link the API to your opt-in form on your site.
