I am stuck on a Niche and website... as I am sure many people where at one time or another. I have been in the Restaurant business for 39 years
All this will become clearer as you go through the lessons. Sticking with what you know is a good choice. I stuck with something I know well for my first website, and it's easy for me to write content about it. Also, think helpful. Do you have something specific to say about cooking to a specific audience? There is tons of stuff out there about food and cooking, but never underestimate that your own voice has an audience.
