So here I am... A blog after 39 years in the Restaurant Industry. KitchenSpeak as in short and Idea a while ago. While working my butt off in my Restaurant on a beautiful hot summer night by the beach. I loved my business but man I never did much in the Summer. i had Sundays off, hung with my wife, my Kids and chilled. My Business was awesome. I love to cook, but I had so much knowledge about food, the Restaurant Industry, the Books, the Bar, I've consulted on Restaurant openings, designed Logo's, Menus, Kitchens...the list goes on. So here I am KitckenSpeak. I wanted a website devoted to people who wanted to start a Restaurant and didn't know everything. I could help with everything. Staffing, Finance, Food, recipes,everything and anything. So here I am playing around with my First ever Blog. In general KitcheSpeak is basically The everyday talk and chatter about The Biz. hence the term KitchenSpeak. FYI if anyone wants recipe give me a shout.
