Any day the sun's shining, it's summer, I go with that summer vibe.

Have an awesome summer, Cheryl.
Alex

Good way to look at it Alex.

We have to think that way in Scotland lol. It can change so quickly.

We have been very lucky recently though as it has been great weather and we are enjoying it while it is lock down.

A very good summer vibe to go with. xxxx

Summer where we are in the UK begins on 20th June which is the Summer Solstice although we've had some great weather for weeks now so it's felt like summer for quite a while already!😎

Anyway, most people feel better about themselves and things in general in the warmer weather so it's a fresh opportunity to get motivated to get on with business.

Have a great week Cheryl

Mark

Hi Mark

I am here in the UK. Up in Sunny Scotland.

I know summer does not officially begin until the Summer Solstice but the weather presenters tell us the 1st of June is the beginning of summer.

I will certainly agree with you in that the sunny weather does make people feel better and happier.

Now following you too here at WA. xxxx

Sunny Scotland.....you don't hear that too often Cheryl😂😂

I lived up there for a couple of years as a small child and probably still have family there too so have always had an affinity with the place.

Thanks for the follow too and have a great week👍

Mark

You're right there lol. We have to take advantage of it when we get the sun. It changes that quickly lol.

Where did you live in Scotland?

You're welcome and you have a good week too. xxx

I spent a couple of years in Musselburgh as a kid in the early 60's Cheryl and my Dad's family were all Glasgow based.
Keep the midges away and have a lovely week!
Take care now....
Mark

Thanks Mark.

Musselburgh is not too far away from Penicuik where I am.

I will do my best to keep them at bay lol.

Take care too Mark. xxx

Don't think we ever went to Penicuik Cheryl but my memories of then are sketchy to be honest....although I do remember seeing The Queen opening the Forth Bridge though!!
Cheers Cheryl, have a lovely day
Mark

I will tell you a story about that day. Not that I remember it but my mum-in-law threw her husbands wages in the fire instead of the envelope they had come in as she wasn't paying attention.

Nightmare or what? xxxx

Oh dear, that is a nightmare!!!

Thanks for the quotes Cheryl. Sweet dreams .(You are most probably awake by now)
Carol

Thanks Carol and I think I was still sleeping lol. xxxx

Good night Cheryl, pleasant dream. Of summer I hope

Greg

Thank you Greg. I did dream but cant remember what it was about lol. xxxx

Winter is here for us Cheryl
Time to snuggle in and work hard for the next few months as always
Vicki

Oh no Vicki, not a nice thought.

Nice to snuggle in though and watch what is going on outside. Knowing that you are nice and warm.

xxxx

absolutely
xx

Vicki, you stay as snug as a bug in a rug.

I would love to hibernate like the bears in winter lol.

xxxx
