As another holiday is upon us once again, it is time reflect and be in the present.

I know people will be out driving from here to there or flying from here to there. Once again we will be rushing, rushing trying to get there and when it's over rushing trying to get back. I encourage all to enjoy the journey. Be present with your family.

Although I am not a holiday person because I don't need holidays to spend time with my family. I think while on this Memorial Day, no matter what you are doing, have fun. If you're driving, first and foremost be safe (please no drinking and driving). Secondly, no matter what music you like, turn up the volume. You and your love muffin (husband or wife), kids or grand kids even the dog can sing along severely awful to your favorite songs. Make the people driving beside you look at you like your crazy (the best feeling in the world, honestly). Just don't flip anybody off. I just enjoy the time that every day is going so fast. It seems the 24 hours is still there, but it really is on 16. I had to say that again because it's true. But did you see that I just plugged my own post in this post? I am getting better at understanding that. Okay, wait a minute I just had to pat my self on the back for that one.

Go cook somthing or for those of you who will not be cooking: You will be eating someone else's cooking.

Just ask yourself, did they wash their hands after they pick their nose and scratched at their clothing before they touched and served your food?
