I've just opened up my website!
So, as I'm sure everyone is aware, there are more than five ways to cook a potato. If the ultimate result is to cook it, then you might mash it, chop it, saute it, fry it, boil it, bake it, barbecue it...
Well, the result here is a successful website. In this, I'm going to keep updating my site as I work through the training modules, and fix whatever errors I may have stumbled upon along the way. My learning curve is going to come with a small price (time), and so the better I utilize my time on building this site, then the better of a result I should see in the very end!
So, what am I waiting for? I ought to get this posted and continue making my chili if I'm going to go for it!
I'll add content as I go along, so for now, this is a bare-bones site with nothing-- yet! I'll post it here, but if moderators wish to keep that hidden, I'm okay with that!

You are doing good. Get it up to get noticed and add to it. As long as you keep adding to it and changing it then it is a good idea. The bad idea is when people put one up and then do nothing to it for awhile.

I've just placed my first blog post onto the site (I am already familiar with using affiliate links, and posting them to other sites). I'm pretty excited. I'm already awaiting some traffic, but I know that doesn't happen so quickly!
