Even when I'm not logged into wordpress and just type in my websites url, the wordpress login appears at the top. It takes you to the wordpress login page. I don't know how to
I usually right-click on my browser and choose: InCognito (chrome) or New Private Window (Firefox) or Start Private browsing (IE) - then go to my domain. This is what other users will see :)
It only shows up that way because of how the WordPress website and/or the WA website logs your cookies. It remembers that it's your computer by your IP address and it knows you are the admin, but only on the IP address you used to log in with. If you go to your page from another device, or if you clear your internet browser history prior to going to your page, you won't see them anymore. Hope this helps.

It actually ended up being the result of a plugin I had. Once I disabled it, it was no longer there. I can't recall what plugin it was. :/
