Hi Triblu. Thank yo for the video, but it does not answer my question at all. I surly can use this in the future but after I find out how to solve the authentication failure. Nobody has been able to help me with this. I'm frustrated now because I do follow the instructions and I still have problems and no answers for days.
You have setup something incorrectly or you would not be receiving that prompt. If I were you, I would deleting that email address and set it up again, following Lynne's video.
