Avoid Using Cleanr Theme!
Hello all.
I just wanted to make a quick blog about my affiliate site www.earnmoneytolive.com.
I'm going through the first part of the affiliate bootcamp so I don't have much content on it currently. But I just wanted to give you my opinion of using cleanr as a theme.
I chose cleanr because it looked pretty basic and easy to work with, which it is. But after I set up the Akismet plugin, I realized that there was no place for visitors to add a comment. I checked all through the settings and it's nonexistent. If anyone else has experience with cleanr feel free to let me know if I may have missed something.
I picked a different theme and luckily everything changed over like a charm.
Visitor participation is very important so I would advise strongly against using cleanr as your theme.

How strange that there was no comment option...kind of pointless, right? I am glad you worked it out with another theme.
Thanks Donna. I thought it was strange too. But, like Keithweaver had mentioned, There was a link that could be clicked on the landing page which would open up a comment box. But that was the only place and you had to click the link to find it. I'm hoping to cover a few different (but related) topics within the same niche, so I want people to be able to interact as easily as possible.
