I'm back and ready to hit the ground running
So, I have been taking a break up in beautiful Lake Tahoe the last week and a half. Just relaxing, playing in the sun (and cold water!) and decompressing. Did not have access to internet so have a lot of catching up to do but really needed to step away for a bit so it was a good break.
But I am back and unpacked. The sunburn lotion applied to the spots I missed with the sunscreen and I am ready to get back to the lessons, learning and doing! For those looking for a deep, spiritual meaning in this post...here it is. Breaks are good - healthy even. But they are just that...breaks. Not something that should become permanent.
So I am going to take a deep breathe and dive right in. See you on the inside:)
