I think I've found an answer about use of images!

On one of my websites I have to be able to show the readers new products that are available to them. I will not be selling these products. I want the photos to be directed back to the manufacturers sight. Take a look at this Wikipedia article: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fair_use. I'd like to hear your opinions on this .

If you link to the manufacturer, they shouldn't mind giving you permission to use the images? :-)

All of the legalities of using images gives me a headache but like JNorin said, I can't imagine a company prohibiting use of their images when you are linking it back to their site.
