Best Mince Pies EVER!
Hi Everyone!
It is important to clear your head every now and then from your online business. Clearing your head (doing something else) can also help you find ideas for your online business.
I do so by baking. Whenever I need to clear my mind I bake.
I have already got into the Christmas spirit and have baked some mince pies. I made the filling two weeks ago and left it in the fridge till now. This is how they came out:
This is before they went into the oven. The mince pies didn`t last very long and so forgot to take a photo after they were baked.
But I can guarantee you they were the best mince pies I have ever had.
