I know that you are all panic struck that I have been neglecting these curious little blogs of mine.

I do apologise for this.I can assure you all that I have been working behind the scenes in an effort to get the best site up that I can.Like most things in this exciting but hard slog journey it takes time and consistent work to find what works and how to make it all fit together.I decided that I would out source the technical side of the site build.Foolishly I had the idea that this would all happen very quickly.It was not to be.

I did my research and decided to use Freelancer.com to find the right person for the job.Everyones bio looked fabulous so I checked examples of their work to see exactly what they had done for others.Even with all these checks and balances there is still no guaranteee that your freelancer will be as committed to the task as they say they will be.

It is frustrating and interesting all at the same time.

No one is as committed to your job as you are yourself.

You still have to do all the research and work out how everything will fit together.

It is imperative to communicate and clarify exactly what your vision is with the freelancer .

There is a language barrier and a time barrier.

I am getting better at it.

I no longer assume that the freelancer will understand.

I am also determined to get what I want.

I refuse to be hurried into accepting something that is not up to scratch.

I really want to do this properly and be proud of my site when I relaunch.

I do think that I am getting closer to the end goal.

I am looking forward to the day when I can launch the site with pride and watch it start to generate the results that we are all looking for.
