Making a decision to make a change is the easy part, putting the action behind it (to my mind, the real first step) is somewhat harder but without that step all you have really is a wish. We've all taken that first step to turn the wish into reality, we just have to take the next step and the ones after that. With people like you Cass, and all of the wonderful folks here at WA willing to help it seems to me the only way to fail is by not taking the STEPS. :)

That's a very important first step. The only way we can change things is to do something different.

Know what we do not want or something which is not good or helping that we must avoid or stop immediately! :o)

For a lot of people, their first step was joining WA. Excellent choice, especially if they follow it with the second step of starting to implement the program.

Hey Cass, the first step is what made it work for me. Growing up my father always used to say if I make one step, he would make two. If I don't step he won't step.

You hit the nail on the head! I know that I can't stay where I'm at in my stressful job, so I must find peace and determination in my choice to move away from that situation. This is the way I feel when I am moving forward in my training and working on my website!
