Your WA Email Accounts have two separate logins, one for Incoming Mail and one for Outgoing Mail.
You will want to open up Control Panel on Windows and search for Mail. Edit the email account you have created and ensure you select use different credentials for Outgoing Server
Hi Chrystopher, I have gone through the process of signing up using the incoming and outgoing mail but outlook does not like it. It is becoming super frustrating.
Do you have a screenshot of the error? Are you able to receive email? Are you able to send email? Can you see your folders and any contents in them?

Hello, Hope today finds you well. I suggest you set up a google account then have your emails forwarded from a WA email that has your domain in it. Example: Dave@(your domain).com and forward it to your Gmail account that you set up.
