I am working on my privacy policy. I need to insert my URL. My hub page says my URL is draft-173040.siterubix.com Is that correct?

draft-173040.siterubix.com This is the URL showing on my account. This does not look like a proper URL to me as it still says "draft" in it. I have posted about this several times and have been advised to publish my website. I have done this. I have done the "About Me" page, added a logo etc but have been stuck for 2 days on the "Privacy Policy" page as I need a proper URL to paste into it. I was very gung ho about this in the beginning but I find my enthusiasm is waning as I am not getting the support I need to move forward. Thanks for listening.
