Yesterday I had a Word Balance of 9000+ and there was a 7000 refresh coming in about a week. Today I wrote an article of approx 700 words and now my total is 13000 but no ref
Not sure why you went from 9000 words to 13000 and as you said there was no refresh for 29 days which doesn't make sense unless you purchased some credits.
If so then your purchase credits get used up last. Hopefully Kyle can find an answer for this perhaps a gliche if he doesn't respond here send him either a pm OR let him know on his profile to sort it out.
The refresh is on your join day not the first of the month it will tell you how many days you have left on the left hand side.
I have empty data now..I want to have another website because I’m interested in topic about a certain niche.. I don’t know how I can do it, anybody? Thanks
You can create a new hub, in the training tab

You can add an existing website - a website, a hub :)

You can create another website whenever you please. A hub for an existing website, as Abie suggests, is an awesomely awesome idea, too. Hope things work out for you!

any word balance you purchase or get when first joining is used last...
your monthly balance is used first...
so if you had 9000 and used 700 leaving 8300
and have been topped up with 7000 and now have 13000 - it looks like you had a monthly balance of 3,300 that was not used last month...
your topup date is indicated on your dashboard here and should tie up with your joining date...
i am sure Kyle will pop in when he is around and explain more ...
you can see when words were used by looking in sitecontent....
Yeah it is confusing that why I removed my answer because it doesn't exactly explain the discrepancy you are talking about my apologies.

They don't carry forward. But the way you described it doesn't make sense?
