When we don't challenge ourselves we forget how great we are. Sometimes our health will suffer from lack of challenge. My challenge to you is do something you like to do that involves physical and mental usage.

I like to craft. Crafting gets my mind going and I use my physical abilities. It is not hard to accomplish great results. In fact you will not realize how successful you were at this challenge.

I create people and animals from patio pavers. I use my mind with new ideas that I want to create and then my hands to keep them flexible. I have arthritis in my fingers and need to keep the moving. This craft has helped me so much sense I have started. I sell my pavers at craft shows. Can you say cha ching. I get to practice my social skills and have met a whole new group of individuals. You just never know where you will go with this challenge.
