My husband is a diabetic. For year he has complained about his high sugar reading and being overweight. It is funny that you can tell a person what will help them with this situation and they say, “Yah right.”The day finally came and he said. “Ok what do I have to do?” Now that I have his attention we are ready to do some healthy changes. A couple of the biggest changes was using whole wheat not white. It took a while but the changes started to make a difference right aw
