Time is precious

How many times have you sat down to drink ice cold coffee, how many times did you empty your cup in the washbasin? You get up and make coffee again and do exactly the same.

Time is precious, be selective on how you spend your time, you can never turn the clock back. Instead of spending time on things that don’t deserve your attention rather focus on things that are well worth spending your time on. Be selective on how and with whom you are spending your time with. Learn to say no to some things because this means a yes for something else.

It is scientifically proven that you become like the people you spend most of your time with. People that always complain, never take responsibility and just happily cruise along on a meaningless winding road that leads to nowhere will have a negative effect on you, spending your time with people like that will transform you to become like them.

Meaningless excuses, procrastinate and playing the victim can blind you from realizing your own potential. Surround yourself with people that are inspiring and motivating and you will start seeing endless possibilities. Select these people and stick to them.

Drink your coffee before it gets cold, spend a precious minute or two on yourselves and realize that you are important enough to spend time with yourself.
